SBC She Connects – Deep Dive

Aug 26, 8:45 am - 10:45 am UTC+4

Women Only

If you are a female business owner who understands the value and importance of relationship marketing but has limited time for networking, then She Connects is for you!

This session takes place in a warm, friendly environment that is focused and result driven. Owners from a range of industries are invited.

Numbers are limited to ensure the depth of conversation, connection and comfort. As an outcome this unique curated SBC Deep Dive format generates exponentially more results than the ususal ” quantity based networking”  events most people know.

Quality over quantity

Why Most Networking Doesn’t Work

Most networking events are designed around one simple objective: helping you meet more people.

SBC Deep Dives were created around an entirely different objective.

Helping people truly understand you.

At first glance that may sound like a subtle distinction, but in reality it changes almost everything.

After more than thirty years studying relationship marketing and working with thousands of business owners across eleven countries, we’ve reached a conclusion that challenges conventional thinking. The biggest obstacle to winning more business is rarely a lack of contacts. More often, it is a lack of clarity.

Many talented professionals struggle to explain what they really do. They know their industry inside out, yet they find it difficult to communicate why clients choose them, what people are actually buying from them or what makes them genuinely different. Consequently, networking conversations often remain enjoyable but superficial. We meet people. We exchange business cards. We promise to stay in touch. Yet very few people leave truly understanding one another.

And without understanding, very little changes.

“People don’t refer businesses they’ve simply met. They refer businesses they truly understand.”

That single belief is the foundation on which every SBC Deep Dive has been built.

Rather than asking, “How many people can we fit into a room?”, we ask a different question.

“What environment allows people to build genuine understanding?”

The answer has never been larger rooms.

It has always been smaller ones.

Every SBC Deep Dive is intentionally limited to around fourteen to sixteen participants. This isn’t about exclusivity. It is about creating the conditions where trust can develop naturally. When people feel comfortable enough to stop performing and start thinking, the quality of every conversation changes.

People listen differently.

They contribute differently.

They become curious instead of simply waiting for their turn to speak.

That shift alone creates opportunities that rarely emerge in traditional networking environments.

However, the small group is only part of the story.

The real difference lies in what happens around the table.

Unlike conventional networking events where conversations are left entirely to chance, every SBC Deep Dive follows a professionally facilitated relationship-building methodology that has been developed and refined over more than three decades.

The methodology itself remains proprietary, not because we wish to create mystery, but because its value does not lie in a handful of clever questions. Its strength comes from the journey participants experience together. The sequence of conversations. The facilitation. The psychology behind each discussion. The moments of reflection. The shared discoveries. The connections that naturally emerge as people begin to understand one another more deeply.

It is a process designed not simply to introduce people, but to transform how they see themselves and how others see them.

One of the most common comments we hear afterwards isn’t about the number of people someone met.

It’s something much more revealing.

“I finally understand what people are really buying from me.”

That statement captures everything.

Because when someone gains clarity about the value they create, everyone else gains clarity too. Suddenly introductions become easier. Referrals become more natural. Collaborations appear where previously none existed. People stop describing what they do and begin explaining why it matters.

That is why we believe success should never be measured by the number of conversations we have.

It should be measured by what those conversations create.

Did people understand you?

Did they remember you?

Did they recognise opportunities for you?

Did they leave knowing exactly who should meet you next?

Those are the outcomes that build businesses.

As artificial intelligence continues to change the way we communicate, human understanding becomes increasingly valuable. Technology can help us exchange information faster than ever before. It can automate processes, write emails and connect us digitally.

But it cannot replace trust.

It cannot replace genuine understanding.

And it cannot replace the confidence someone feels when recommending another human being.

That is why SBC Deep Dives exist.

Not to help people network harder.

But to help them build relationships that matter.

Because businesses are rarely transformed by the number of people we meet.

They are transformed by the number of people who truly understand us.
