I run an Executive coaching business in the GCC and I wrote a book “Become Who You Are Meant to Be: How to Let Life Take You There”. After 26 years with Bechtel in senior leadership roles on large, high-stakes projects, I now coach C-suite, founders and senior leaders who look successful on paper, yet feel a quiet pull toward deeper alignment, steadier emotional regulation under pressure and lack fulfillment.
