I’m Nawroz Mamdani, a Commercial Real Estate Specialist based in Dubai with over 13 years of experience advising established businesses and investors.

I focus on Grade A, licensing-aligned commercial spaces that strengthen brand presence, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth. Over the years, I’ve worked with corporates, overseas entrants to the UAE, and private investors looking for strategic commercial and investment opportunities.

Beyond transactions, I value relationships. I believe trust, clarity, and consistency are the foundation of any successful partnership.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and hands-on father, passionate about fitness, travel, community building, and lifelong learning. I’m currently pursuing my MSc in Real Estate and actively contribute to business networks across the UAE.
