Aliasgar is a software engineer turned entrepreneur who brings his passion for technology, endurance sports, and systems thinking into business. Based in Dubai for the past 24 years, he’s deeply passionate about building tools that solve real problems for the UAE’s real estate industry.

He believes real estate brokers are underserved, especially when it comes to technology and automation. Through Ruby CRM, an AI powered CRM built for real estate brokers in Dubai, Aliasgar is working to change that by using AI in a practical way to automate repetitive admin work, such as keeping CRM data updated, so brokers can spend more time selling and building relationships.

He also runs Beem.id, a digital NFC business card platform that gives professionals a lifetime digital business card, along with innovative features like Beem Story, helping people introduce themselves beyond just a name and contact details.

Outside of work, Aliasgar is a proud dad of two boys, an endurance sports enthusiast, cyclist, solo traveller, avid reader, and someone who genuinely enjoys great coffee and even better conversations.
