A serial expat from Norway – the UAE (Dubai) is my country no8. UK, Singapore several times, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Thailand and Bali have all been homes. Moved to Dubai from Singapore late 2025 and launched my coaching business for men’s emotional health. I chose this particular niche after becoming increasingly aware that many men globally are struggling with loneliness, or having no one to talk to when life feels tough. I provide a safe and confidential space for men to do exactly that – we have open, grounded and reflective conversations with strategies leading to mindset shifts, clarity and changes.
