Sebastian Rietveld is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Al Jusur PM Consultancy, a project management consultancy for construction and real estate development,
based in Ras Al Khaimah, run together with his Chinese business partner Joey Li.

Al Jusur (Arabic for “bridges”), specialises in risk, crisis, facility intelligence and contractor advisory.
The approach is to sit with the client, diagnose the problem, solve it together, then step back once it’s done, bridging the gap between challenge and resolution.

Sebastian has over 30 years of international construction and project management experience across the Netherlands, Ireland, China and the UAE,
including industrial park development in RAK.
